EU and World Wide Terms and Condition



All International orders are proforma payment. Minimum order - £200 net Orders are despatched within 1-2 working days from receipt.

Carriage

EU and Worldwide deliveries we have negotiated highly competitive prices with our shippers which we charge at cost. Needless to say we are always happy to use your own carriers.

Due to EU weight restrictions. We can pack up to 60 Decorative Plaques or 20 Parking sign per box.

Approx cost are as follows

Pallets rates are approximately £150 - £300 � upto 1000Kilos

VAT

All prices are subject to current rate. EU countries please supply your VAT number at time of first order, to avoid payment, proof of export is required

Claims

Non-delivery of goods must be notified to FTTD Limited within 5 days of invoice. Shortages and damage must be notified to the carriers and FTTD Limited within three working days of receipt of goods and particulars of such shortages and breakages shall be made in writing to FTTD Limited within seven days of receipt of goods. Failure to give such notification as aforesaid shall render the buyer liable for payment of all goods as invoiced and the buyer shall have no further right to reject goods or recover any compensation therefore FTTD Limited shall be given all reasonable opportunities of inspecting such goods as aforesaid FTTD Limited shall not be liable to the buyer in the event of non-delivery or delay in delivery of the whole or any part of the goods invoiced caused directly or indirectly by the act of god, elements of war, act of government, strikes or lockouts, or any reasonable control of FTTD Limited.

Returns

FTTD limited do not under any circumstance supply goods on a sale or return basis.

Reservation of title

Not withstanding delivery of goods legal and beneficial ownership of such goods shall remain with FTTD Limited until such time as payment of the amount stated on the invoice is received by FTTD Limited. Until payment of goods delivered the buyers shall take all necessary measures for protection (including insurance) of the goods and shall not attempt to deal with or pass on ownership of the goods to any third party other than by retail sale without the written consent of FTTD Limited

Generally

All prices detailed of FTTD Limited are subject to change without prior notice.

New accounts require two trade references and a bank reference and the signed acknowledgement by the buyer that such buyer accepts the then current terms and conditions of trading of FTTD Limited.

Duly notified disputes regarding shortages, breakages or damage to goods shall not entitle the buyer to delay payment of the balance of goods delivered as detailed on the invoice/delivery note within the period of 30days as aforesaid and the buyer shall make payment to FTTD Limited for all goods in dispute.

Buyers wishing to cancel orders or balances must first ascertain whether the goods have been dispatched. All communications regarding cancellations should be made direct to FTTD Limited and confirmed in writing.

No claims whatsoever in respect of any goods delivered will be entertained by FTTD Limited nor shall they be liable unless the correct notices have been given as detailed in these terms and conditions of trading.

FTTD Limited reserve the right on written notices being given to customers to alter these terms and conditions of trading from time to time. No variations of these terms shall be bind FTTD Limited unless such variation is confirmed in writing by a director of FTTD Limited.

This agreement and any contract for sale of goods arising hereunder shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and shall be deemed to have been made at the offices of FTTD Limited.
